The breath is our most unique feature as human/divinity beings. Hear me out.
The breath can operate on its own via the autonomic nervous system. That means whether or not we think about the breath, we still keep breathing.
However and many don’t know this, as soon as we make a CONSCIOUS choice to “take a breath” and we THINK about breathing as we breathe? Something extraordinary happens.
When we breathe with conscious awareness, our breath is no longer operating under the control of the autonomic nervous system.
Instead the breath is now being regulated by our higher brain functions.

Breathe with awareness. Here’s how:
- Be mindful as you observe the breath coming into the body during each inhale.
- Be mindful how the body feels full of breath.
- Be mindful as you observe the breath leaving the body during each exhale.
- Be mindful how the body feels empty of breath.
Most important...
- Be aware of when the body is inhaling, and exhaling.
Do this for several minutes and note how it feels afterwards. Rest before jumping back into normal activity.
Seems like breathing isn’t doing much, but breathing with awareness shifts consciousness. Before jumping back into action, give the body senses time to come back online.

Now is the time for all patriots to regroup, reconnect with God, and remember we are each of us, a divine spark of animated dust.

There is divine life force energy that travels on the breath. The Yogis call this Prana. The Chinese call it Chi. The Jedi call it the Force. I will call it prana here. The prana is shy. When we move fast, prana dissipates and we do not feel it. When we slow down, and tune in, we can feel and access this energy with our every breath. Don’t ever forget: “There is a reason they come after the breath...”
FREE SPEECH ALERT: Section 230 will continue to be a problem for patriots and free speech. Even when Parler is back up, none of the new free speech platforms (Parler, Gab, Clouthub, etc) have Section 230 protections like the fascist platforms do. This means they will file lawsuits against these platforms when individuals post offensive speech on the platforms, and the legal costs in defending all the lawsuits can crush the new platforms. Who is in charge of legal strategy for suing the government for equal protection violations by allowing some companies to be treated differently than others? 🤷♂️🇺🇸

Consider how many people in America and around the world have been praying in the past few weeks and months. So many more people have been praying and I believe many have been praying more often. I hope that you will keep praying and never give up on God. If we stay strong in our faith, the difficulties we have faced and the persecution we will face going forward will only make our faith grow stronger. We do not control the outcome. We only control whether we have done our imperfect best to achieve a good result. If we did not, then we commit to trying harder. We never give up.

Of course, we can use words like "disgusted" and "disappointed" but in truth, we all know exactly what they are capable of. What @realhealthranger says about our faith... that it truly only belongs to God... this is correct. We need to trust God completely, deepen our faith. Not for some super hero to come along and fix everything. For each of us to be guided by the divine light and love that is from the Source of all Creation. When our faith guides us as individuals, we are each prepared to lead someone out of the darkness.

Congratulating Biden today also tells me you support someone who accepts that his son has repeatedly raped little girls (there are plenty of pictures and video).
If you are congratulating Biden today then you are ok with his shady business deals with foreign countries.
If you are congratulating Biden today then you are ok with him firing America’s black Surgeon General on day one (this happened before he was even sworn in).
If you are congratulating Biden today then you are ok with the total loss of freedom and the erasing of America‘s history shown by the immediate deletion of the 1776 Report from the White House website today.
If you are congratulating Biden today then you are ok with having a satan-worshipping disgusting woman who has participated in sacrifice-like practices and the wearing of devil horns and drinking blood sing our National Anthem.
If you are congratulating Biden today then you are ok with him being sworn in and placing his hand on a Bible with upside down crosses.
If you are congratulating Biden today then you are ok with Communist China taking over America.
If you are congratulating Biden today then you’re ok with having America’s Director of health be someone who has serious mental and physical health issues.
If you are congratulating Biden today then you are ok with being forced to inject something into your body without choice (sounds like rape to me).
And if you are congratulating Biden today, you clearly haven’t done your research AT ALL!! It’s time for you to really open your eyes. If you are congratulating Biden today, YOU have done a disservice to America! 😞
