5)Water absorption of 1st class brick should not be greater than 20% of its dry weight
6)Crushing strength / Compressive strength of Brick Or First class brick should be greater or equal to 10.5N/mm²
7) water absorption of 2nd class brick not greater than 22% of its dry weight
8)Crushing strength / compressive strength of 2nd class brick should be greater or equal to 7 N/mm²
