#یازدهمین_دوره طرح ارزاق، با هدف جمع آوری مبلغ ۶۰ میلیون تومان جهت تهیه ۱۵۰ بسته مواد غذایی، هر بسته به ارزش ۴۰۰ هزار تومان جهت اهدا به خانواده های نیازمند شناسایی شده.

With the grace and mercy of God and relying on your kindly help, dear benefactors, and with the cooperation of the Hami Association, we started the eleventh period of the Arzaq plan so that we do not forget the tables that are waiting for loving hands so that they are not empty.

روزگار نساخت با امیرحسین قصه ما از روزی که مجبور شد با کار کردن خرج اجاره خونه و معیشت خانواده پنج نفره اش رو دربیاره، از روزی که مادر مبتلا به بیماری ریوی‌اش وضعیت بدتری پیدا کرد و چندین بار در بیمارستان بستری شد و هزینه های دارو و درمان هم به سایر هزینه ها اضافه شد تا بار سنگین روی دوش پسر ۱۷ ساله ما سنگین تر بشه..

It is been advised to wake up 45 minutes before suhoor, and after iftar you can sleep for 30 minutes to have enough energy to do daily activities. Avoid sleeping too much during fasting because it disrupts the body system.

زمانی که پدر دچار MS شدید شد، مادر این خانواده ی چهار نفره تونست با کار در یک تولیدی سعی کنه نزاره چرخ خانواده از حرکت وایسه.
اما حالا مادر هم طی یک سانحه دچار سوختگی شده و توانایی کار کردن نداره، به همین دلیل هزینه های معیشت ، درمان پدر و مادر و البته الهه ،فرزند کوچک شان که کم شنواست، درد مضاعفی رو به این خانواده تحمیل کرده..

#یازدهمین_دوره از طرح #ارزاق ماه مبارک رمضان علی رغم شرایط خاص حاکم بر کشور به دلیل شیوع بیماری کرونا، نظر به آسیب پذیری هرچه بیش از پیش اقشار کم درآمد و ضرورت حمایت از آنها، به یاری خداوند و همت بلند خیرین و دانشجویان اجرایی گردید.
📦 طی این طرح، با جمع آوری کمک های مالی به صورت کاملا مجازی طی یک ماه تا ۲۴ ام اردیبهشت ماه، در نهایت مبلغ ۶۰ میلیون تومان جهت تهیه‌ی ۲۰۰ بسته‌ی مواد غذایی هر بسته به ارزش ۴۰۰ هزار تومان شامل اقلامِ

• رب گوجه‌فرنگی ۲ عدد
• تن ماهی ۱ عدد
• ماکارونی ۲ بسته
• برنج ۵ کیلوگرم
• لوبیا چیتی ۱ بسته ۹۰۰ گرمی
• عدس ۱ بسته ۹۰۰ گرمی
• سویا ۱ بسته ۹۰۰ گرمی
• خرما ۱ بسته
• چای ۱ بسته
• شکر ۱ بسته‌ی ۹۰۰ گرم
جمع آوری گردید.

⭐️ طی #یازدهمین_دوره طرح ارزاق از سوی خیرین خارج از کشور مبلغ ۳۳۳ دلار کانادا به این خیریه اهدا شد. همچنین با توجه به شرایط کرونایی حاکم علاوه بر مواد غذایی، یک بسته اقلام بهداشتی و ضدعفونی نیز به هر سبد افزوده شد.
⚠️ لازم به ذکر است که تمام مبالغ جمع آوری شده صرف خرید اقلام غذایی گردید و هزینه‌ی خرید سبد به منظور بسته بندی اقلام توسط یکی از خیرین و به همین منظور تامین شد.
در نهایت؛ طی روزهای چهارشنبه ۵ تا جمعه ۷ خرداد، با رعایت الزامات بهداشتی و ایمنی و حضور حداقلی همراهان التیام، بسته بندی نهایی صورت گرفت و بسته‌های ارزاق در ‌مناطق شهر قدس، پاکدشت، ملارد و نقاطی از تهران توزیع گردید.

Despite of the special conditions in the country due to the outbreak of corona virus,with the help of God and the efforts of donors and students,the #eleventh_period of #Arzaq project has accomplished in Ramadan month due to the increasing vulnerability of low-income groups and the need to support them.
📦 During this project, by collecting financial aid in a completely virtual way during one month until the 24th of Ordibehesht, finally 60 million Tomans was collected to prepare 200 food packages.Each package worths 400 thousand Tomans and includes:
• 2 Tomato Paste
• 1 Tuna
• 2 packs of Pasta
• Rice (5 kg)
• 1 pack of Pinto beans (900 gr)
• 1 pack of Lentil (900 gr)
• 1 pack of Soy (900 gr)
• 1 pack of Date
• 1 pack of Tea
• 1 pack of Sugar (900 gr)

During the #eleventh_period of Arzaq project, 333 CAD was donated to this charity by overseas donors. In addition to food, a package of hygiene and disinfection items was added to each basket due to corona conditions.
It should be noted that all the collected funds were spent on food items and the cost of purchasing the basket for packaging items was provided by one of the donors for this purpose.
Eventually; From Wednesday (May 26) to Friday (May 28), with the observance of health and safety requirements and the minimum presence of Eltiam companions, the final packaging was done and food packages were distributed in Quds, Pakdasht, Mallard and some parts of Tehran.

#یازدهمین_دوره #طرح‌ارزاق خیریه التیام، با #همکاری گروه جهادی پزشکی حامی برگزار شد.
در این طرح که نمایانگر بیش از یک ماه تلاش بی‌دریغ یک تیم بزرگ دانشجویی-مردمی بود، توانستیم به هدفی بسیار بزرگ دست یابیم..
⭐️ حمایت‌های مالی خیرین و دانشجویان جمعا ارزشی معادل ۶۰ میلیون تومان داشت که صرف آماده سازی ۲۰۰ بسته‌ی اهدایی هر یک به ارزش ۴۰۰ هزار تومان گردید که بین نیازمندان شناسایی شده توزیع گردید.

📦 خیریه التیام پس از بررسی نیازمندان نقاط مختلف استان تهران، تصمیم به #توزیع سبدها در منطقه‌ی شهر قدس واقع در غرب استان تهران گرفت.
تیم توزیع شامل نزدیک به ۳۰ نفر از دانشجویان و همراهان التیام در روز جمعه، ۳۱ اردیبهشت ماه، به مقصد شهر قدس راهی شد. پس از مستقرشدن در منطقه، طی بازه زمانی ظهر تا غروب بسته‌های اهدایی میان نیازمندان شناسایی شده محلات مختلف شهر قدس توزیع گردید.

✍🏻 به خاطر شرایط کرونایی حاکم بر جامعه؛ به منظور حفظ پروتکل‌های بهداشتی توزیع با کمترین نفرات ممکن صورت گرفت. (همچنین طی روند توزیع سبدها تیم شناسایی و درمان خیریه دانشجویی التیام، اقدام به شناسایی و ثبت اطلاعات بیماران نیازمند این منطقه نمود.)

The #eleventh_period of #Arzaq was performed, accompanied by Hami jihadi group.
In this scheme which was a token of month-long efforts of a big group of students and people, we maintained a remarkable goal...
⭐️ The financial aids of benefactors and students had a sum of 60 billion tomans which was used for preparing 200 packages each worthy of 400 thousand tomans and were distributed amongst the ones in need.
📦 Eltiam charity organization decided to #distribute the pacakages in district of Shahre Qods located in west of Tehran.
The distribution team included 30 of students and volunteers and they left for Shahre Qods on Friday, ordibehesht 31St. After they setteled, the packages were distributed from noon to dawn in different areas of the city.
✍🏻 Due to the pandemic situation, in order to maintain the protocols, the distribution was performed using the minimum number of people. Also the team, identified and registered the information of the district's patients who needed care.
