Have a Look at what Quantifier Started Showing us at 9:45 AM Today when we were conducting Private Live Trading Session for Students.
at 9:45:47 AM, 12 times 1016 Lots (3.04 LAKH QTY) were purchased by someone/ some institution in Deep OTM 40500 Put option at Rs 48.9. Which means Total Trade Value was more than 1.49 Crore.
We were also surprised why will someone take a risk in Deep OTM option 1 day before expiry.
This can be a potential case of Insider Trading that someone knew well in advance that market is going to give a fall. There were no other data which was telling at that time that market is going to give a fall.
By day end, the option blasted up till 84.
If market gives a big fall tomorrow, then it can be concluded that yes it was the case of insider trading and someone/ some institution knew it and they bought option worth 1.49Cr.
Lets see how market ends up tomorrow.
When we saw these big Qty and after analysis, we took risk as well and invested 12k in the same option.
