Howard & Sue's Story 💬

We came to Spain in 1990 with our 3 children and the Lord called us as a family to serve Him. They all continue to serve as He has called them to. Two are serving with us in Benalmadena and our eldest is serving with her husband pastoring here in the south.

Whilst we were co-workers in a Spanish church here in Spain, the Lord called us to reach a people group, the English speaking people here, not excluding the Spanish. Over some years this led us with Jesus to establish and pastor an Elim Church in the town of Benalmadena on the southern coast of Spain, working in both English & Spanish. We also have the privilege of serving as the President and Secretary of the Elim movement here in Spain where we have churches in the north and south.

We are both Elim UK ordained ministers serving our Lord Jesus Christ bringing the truth of the gospel to as many people as we can using every means available to us in the 21st century. Therefor...

Is your church supporting an Elim Missionary?

Harry Goodwin leads The Well Church in Wakefield, who last year began to support Elim Missionary Lynette Orange. He had this to say about the impact this decision has made on the church:

💬Supporting an existing missionary allows us to do our part to fulfil the great commission beyond our locality, and it allows us to locally fulfil our obligation to help achieve Elim’s four national priorities.

I would ask any church leader when it comes to making a difference to our international missionaries, “If not YOU then WHO? If not NOW then WHEN?” 💬

If you would like to speak to us about supporting a Missionary, comment below or send us a DM.

Siân & Quentin's Story 💬

Siân is the founder and CEO of Biojemmss, a ministry working with vulnerable children and their families in Uganda, East Africa.

Originally from Wales and a daughter of CMS missionaries, she felt called to support a group of children experiencing abuse in a substandard children’s home in Kampala nearly two decades ago. This birthed Biojemmss which was created to provide a safe alternative home for them, and has since grown to rescue and support thousands of children.

Siân is an experienced child protection social worker, and has completed a postgraduate diploma in NGO Management from Cass Business School. In 2021, Quentin and Siân married after meeting at a church event. They now jointly head up the ministry from their base in South Wales.

Quentin completed his missionary credentials in 2023. Born in South Africa, he has always felt called to return to serve in Africa. Quentin is a qualified Electrician and Tester, and works in...

Be Free is the Elim Missions’ stand against human exploitation.

This is defined as the illegal exploitation of humans in order to force them to engage in commercial sex, labour or other activities against their will. It relies on deception, force and coercion, and degrades humans by depriving them of their freedom while economically or materially benefiting others.

These practices are often referred to as ‘modern day slavery’. Today it is estimated that 50 million people are enslaved.
