GOLD (XAU/USD)
Waiting for potential long setup on Gold. The price has been in a distribution phase that is sitting on a 4H demand. We might see a nice volume pumped into the price either direction. But if the price breaks above the 30min supply, I think it should continue higher.

GBP/JPY
JPY is starting to show a lot of strength amongst all the pairs as it is safe haven and this is where banks like to flow their money on trickier times in economy.
As the price has came down from rejecting the strong daily resistance above it has showed nice momentum lower as it also broke multiple structure on the way down.
Currently on the 4H it is below supply area where if I see more rejections I might look for short position.

US30 struggling to break the daily support as 2 previous daily candles closed with strong rejections from that level.
Meanwhile, on 2 hours timeframe we can see a very clean double bottom with a nice bullish momentum and volume building up.
I will be waiting for price to break my distribution supply for a potential trade.
