Use the weekend as your “reset button.” It doesn’t matter whether you ended the week in profit or loss—what matters is that you don’t carry those emotions into the next week. Trading is a mental game, and every week is a fresh start.

Personally, I use weekends to step away from the charts completely. I leave my home, get in some workouts, catch up with friends, and reset my mindset. It’s important to recharge and take your mind somewhere else so you come back focused and clear-headed for the new week ahead.

Remember, successful traders aren’t just good at reading charts—they’re good at managing their mindset too. If you’re constantly stressed or overthinking, that will show up in your trading. So take the weekend to refocus, reset, and come back stronger next week!
