I am convinced Post-Grad Burnout is real
Oh yeah, it totally is. Might not hit asap but soon after it is there.
I think for the most part it's cause 5th year is a bit extreme in activities, projects and social life while making you go through a bit of an emotional rollercoaster.
Soo when all that combines it takes a looot of energy to handle and manage. So after graduation, specially after all the celebrations and stuff have calmed down. Your mind decides it's time for a quick break and forces it. So you'd associate that with burnouts.
