Hello CTP family!
CTP is excited to announce that we have opened our applications for summer 2024!! This year’s summer session will be held completely in-person, except for office hours/Q&As, which will be held online. The program will run from July 8th to August 12th for 5 weeks, with orientation sessions provided via Zoom in the week of July 1st. The venue of this program will be Saint Joseph School in Addis Ababa. details will be disclosed soon.

To be considered for the summer sessions, you have to complete this application in its entirety by June 20th. CTP will not be providing extensions as we have in previous years so please keep note of this. If any extenuating circumstances arise, please email us before the deadline and we will respond accordingly.

Hey everyone! We have noticed several inquiries regarding the financial aspects of participating in CTP’s summer session. We would like to note that, if you are selected into our summer session, your enrollment will be free. Please note however that participants of this summer program need to cover their own transportation expenses as CTP does not subsidize costs or offer scholarships of any sorts for the summer session. Please let us know over email if you have any questions!

This includes any records you currently have access to—whether that’s a mid-year report, a full transcript, or a report card. We understand that some of you may not yet have access to your final grades, and that’s okay. Just upload whatever is available to you at this time.

Please ensure the document clearly shows your full name, grades, and an official stamp, school seal, or another form of verification confirming its authenticity. These details are important for us to properly review your academic progress.
