Why are hurricanes becoming more intense?

The catastrophic increase in hurricanes on our planet, as we've seen in recent months, indicates that something clearly wrong is going on.

An interesting fact: Air currents during hurricanes move counterclockwise in the Northern Hemisphere and clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere.

The average number of tornadoes in Europe has increased eighteenfold. Tornadoes and hurricanes are now occurring in regions where they have never been seen before, resulting in significant economic losses.

Since 1995, there has been a significant increase in atmospheric moisture content over the oceans, contributing to a substantial rise in the number of tornadoes and hurricanes.

This anomaly is linked to the fact that our planet is entering a cycle of climate catastrophes. It will fully enter this cycle at the end of 2024. 12,000-year cycle of catastrophes.

What should be done in this situation? All the potential of world science should now be directed to solving the problem of global climate change on our planet.

To make this possible, we need to create a collective demand from us, ordinary people. This means thoroughly studying the climate situation and not remaining silent about it. We should inform those who are still unaware, create a resonance, and ensure that climate issues become the number one topic in the world.

After all, demand creates supply, and that demand is created by us, the people of this planet. If that's the case, let's create a demand for life, because our future is in the hands of each and every one of us.

How 2024 Changed the Global Climate Landscape | Part 1

πŸ”₯ Over the past few years, we have been closely monitoring the climate situation, analyzing events, and identifying patterns. This year made it unmistakably clear: the alarming trends observed earlier are now manifesting with greater intensity and frequency.

❗️ This video is not our usual weekly summary but an analytical report highlighting new and dangerous manifestations of climate disasters. As we prepared this material, we were shocked by how critical the planetary situation became in 2024. You'll see this for yourself.

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡³COP16, Saudi Arabia: New Ideas, Technologies, and Solutions from ALLATRA

How can we unite efforts to overcome the global climate crisis? Participants of the 16th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention to Combat Desertification (COP16), held from December 2 to -12, 2024 in Riyadh, sought answers to this crucial question. The ALLATRA International Movement, whose partnership project is the global initiative Creative Society, played a significant role at this forum.

🌐 The movement's representatives actively worked within the Blue Zone of the Summit, held strategic meetings and discussions with delegations from over 200 countries, including Mongolia, the UAE, Costa Rica, and Morocco. The topics they raised addressed key challenges of our time: land degradation, water scarcity, and the impact of climate change on humanity.

The scientific community and the general public with interest received the presentation of innovative approaches presented by ALLATRA volunteers. Particular attention was paid to the use of Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs) on a global scale. These devices have already proven their effectiveness in producing clean drinking water and have immense potential for solving problems such as ocean plastic cleanup and climate stabilization.

πŸ’‘Among the many prominent delegates at COP16 was 17-year-old Saudi Arabian inventor Alice Loay. Her device, capable of producing up to 10 liters of water per day, became an example of how youth can influence the future of our planet. ALLATRA volunteers interviewed her, where she shared her inspiring journey.

The ALLATRA delegation became a shining example of how initiative and cooperation can yield real results.

Volcano Eruption: What to Do to Survive?

❗️ Many large cities are located near or directly within volcanic calderas.
The increase in the number of earthquakes in recent decades is associated with increased magmatic activity. This is evidenced by the rise in earthquakes around volcanoes and supervolcanoes.

⚠️ Preparation for an Eruption:

1. Monitor Alerts
Stay updated with warnings from local authorities and emergency services about a possible eruption.

2. Plan Your Evacuation
Discuss with your family where and how you will evacuate. Check if there are nearby shelters available.

3. Stock Up on Food and Water
Purchase food and water for 3-7 days. Don't forget food for your pets.

⚠️ Actions During an Eruption:

1. Stay Indoors if It’s Safe.
Keep monitoring updates from local authorities and emergency services about the eruption.

2. Protect Your Respiratory System and Eyes
Wear a mask (preferably N95) and protective glasses. If a mask is unavailable, cover your face with a wet cloth.

3. Avoid Low-Lying Areas and Riverbanks,
as these places can be submerged by lava flows.

4. Seek Shelter if Outside
Find a safe place and avoid the downwind side, where gasses and ash accumulate.

5. Drive Cautiously
If you need to evacuate, close the windows and turn off the air conditioning.

⚠️ After the Eruption:

1. Wait for Official Clearance to Exit
Stay tuned to news updates and do not leave your shelter until you receive confirmation that it is safe.

2. Be Cautious with Ash
Use a respirator and goggles while cleaning up. Remove ash from roofs and gutters to prevent damage.

3. Assist Those in Need
Help those who have been affected and seek medical attention if necessary.
