Meet Mdm Lim who started her active ageing journey way back in 2016. With support from her family, Mdm Lim signed up to become an active volunteer for the Kopi & Toast programme conducted by En Community Services Society (ECSS).
The programme was a practical programme initiated by C3A where seniors would be paired with a trained “Kopi” buddy to support them in discovering a new active interest or hobby.

🏆2nd Age: Achievement – A stage where seeking employment and security are primary.
🌟3rd Age: Fulfilment – Mature adulthood and self-discovery, making choices and taking actions that lead to purposeful contributions towards self and others.
👵4th Age: Completion – A dependency stage which requires physical and other forms of care from others.
Each Age comes with its own joys, struggles, and lessons. Let's embrace and celebrate every moment in our life!
