The daily technical situation is similar to yesterday's, with prices still evolving in an upward triangle configuration with a StochRSI that crossed upward from its oversold zone. The CCI is in positive territory and is on an upward trend while the MACD has still not given a buy signal.On a 4-hour horizon, we can see a downward divergence between prices and the CCI while the StochRSI is overbought. We believe that BTC could test its oblique support in the near future. Don't panic, however, this doesn't mean you have to close your position.If you are in position, keep it in position, making sure that your stop is placed under support one.If you are not in position, it is preferable to wait for a return on the oblique support $5100 before opening a position, which will offer you a better risk/return ratio.Be careful! 🔹Today it is friday again, we have to be very careful with trading today for the weekend. During the previous session, the Bitcoin came to test its resistance at $5300 with a peak at $5320 before finally retracing under this level. BTC then reached a low point of $5180 thus validating the downward divergence that was present on the MACD in 1h horizon.Since then, BTC has rebounded and now stands at around $5200-$5250. The question now is whether the discrepancy is over or not. We can find some answers by passing over a 4-hour horizon where we clearly see that the StochRSI is bearish and shows no signs of imminent reversal while the MACD is about to cross downward. Moreover, we are in an ascending triangle configuration and in this type of figures, prices statistically break their resistance to 2/3 of the triangle. That is why, at the time of writing, we are still favouring our oblique return scenario before a potential recovery of the rise. The latter could take the form of a direct or two-count drop with a new $5300 test. If you are already in position and your stop is below $4950 do nothing. If you are not yet in position, however, we advise you to wait for a return to the oblique support or a confirmed break of the resistance before opening a long position. PF management is extremely important to us. We handle our calls with care. Especially on days of uncertainty, we are still looking for the almost certain increases that are about to happen. To placate the agency, ICE is considering seeking a license from New York financial regulators that would permit Bakkt itself to hold custody of customers’ tokens.
