We are all connected to each other and even to places, things or events through psychic cords. ⁣

If these cords are mutually beneficially connected, then there is growth. Otherwise, it can cause severe problems on emotional, mental, physical, subconscious and even spiritual levels.⁣

Earlier this year, Carrots Restaurant collaborated with HSI India and conducted a Vegan Culinary Training Program at IHM Bhubaneswar. It was a heartwarming experience for Chef Susmitha Veganosaurus and Chef Ram Khatiwada to see the very positive response of the students and faculty. Here’s a peek into the event...

Hello hello! 😊

Come, let’s teach you how to make delicious, nutritious, cholesterol-free dairy alternatives (or as we like to call them, better-natives) with nuts, seeds and grains. Discover a whole new world of plant based milks and derivatives.

In this interactive demonstration, Chef Susmitha Veganosaurus and Chef Ram Khatiwada of Carrots, India’s first vegan restaurant, will demonstrate how to easily prepare mylks, curds and cheese, none of which come from a cow! Plenty of tips and tricks on the best use for each mylk will be shared.

You'll also get to taste all these unique plant based products and go home feeling the enthusiasm and confidence to make them yourself.

Recipes:
Cashew-Sesame Mylk
Almond-Brown Rice Mylk
Coconut Mylk
Peanut Curds
Mozzarella Cheese
Cultured Herbed Cheese
Masala Chai

Not only are these products extremely healthy, nutrient rich and tasty, they're also a sure fire conversation starter. Imagine serving a cup of hot, creamy chai to someone, and as they sip, telling them that the chai has absolutely no animal milk in it. The reaction would be priceless. Come and learn about the various benefits of going dairy free and experience the goodness of the alternatives.

Date: Sunday, 18th August 2019 Time: 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm Venue: Carrots Restaurant, Koramangala Charges: 1200 Payment via UPI: veganworkshop@icici (Google Pay, BHIM, Phone Pe, Paytm, etc.) Advance ticket purchase mandatory.
