Phnom Penh: 9 June 2023 – Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT) organized a consultative workshop on “Digital Skill Development Roadmap in Cambodia” at Innovation Center. The workshop is presided over by H.E KHOV Makara, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, with the participation of 150 experts and professionals from universities, telecom operators, internet service providers, tech companies and startups, banks, and financial institutions, relevant private sector and development partners.
The workshop aimed to discuss the current status and digital skill gaps in Cambodia and co-creating the Digital Skill Competencies Framework for the development of digital skills in the country. The workshop is a part of the initiative of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications to formulate the “Digital Skill Development Roadmap in Cambodia” to address the evolving demand for current and future digital talents for the development of the digital economy and society.
