ដំណើរកម្សាន្តសម្រាប់បុគ្គលិកត្រូវបានរៀបចំជាលើកដំបូងនៅឆ្នាំ២០១៧។ នៅពេលនោះ វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិ NIPTICT មានបុគ្គលិកជាង ៤០នាក់ប៉ុណ្ណោះ ប៉ុន្តែបច្ចុប្បន្ន ចំនួនបុគ្គលិកបានកើនឡើងដល់ ១៣៨នាក់។
The first staff retreat was organized in 2017. At that time, NIPTICT had only around 40 staff members, but now, the number has increased to 138.

មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ICT សម្រាប់មន្រ្តីរាជការបានចាប់ផ្ដើមបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជាលើកដំបូងជូនមន្រ្តីរាជការនៃក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ និងក្រសួងស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋនានា នៅដើមឆ្នាំ២០១៥។ មកដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន មន្រ្តីរាជការទាំងថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ ជាង ១២ ០០០នាក់ បានទទួលការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញឌីជីថលនៅទីនេះ។
The First Training for Civil Servants
The ICT professional training center for civil servants started its first training course for officials from the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and other ministries in early 2015. To date, more than 12,000 civil servants, both at the national and sub-national levels, have received digital skills training at our center
