As part of their commitment to the group (Alpha IVF Group Bhd), Datuk Colin Lee points out that all six of the key or top performing doctors have created a special purpose vehicle called ACE Specialists Sdn Bhd - which has a 9.15% stake in Alpha IVF - in which each doctor has parked a significant percentage of their shares.

"If any of us leaves the group during the 8 years after IPO, their shares will be forfeited. When this SPV was mooted, every doctor immediately jumped onto it. There was no hesitation. On top of all that, all the doctors gave signed a five-year contract with the group"
