It’s been a while since we’ve updated you on what’s been happening at Minto. There are quite a few updates 👇
— We’ve had the AMA session with BitKeep. We touched on mining methods at Minto, how the company is developing and what sets it apart from similar projects.
— We have built three new workshops: a technical one, one for sorting and one for repairs. Now the service and assembly of our miners will go faster. Look out for new posts — there is a story coming on a miner’s path from shipment to installation.

To jog your memory: you voted on switching the equipment to 65% uptime mode. Miners are up in the hours when electricity is cheaper. As a result, the power costs go down and your income goes up.
Here’s how that worked out:
Hypothetical results with 100% uptime:
Monthly mining revenue = 7,4582 BTC or 156,034 USD
Monthly electricity cost = 139,087 USD
Profit = 16,947 USD
Actual results with 65% uptime:
Monthly mining revenue = 4,5573 BTC or 95,253 USD
Monthly electricity cost = 58,715 USD
Profit = ✨36,538 USD✨
Minto token holders’ revenue has doubled in July!
Even in bear market times we’re still finding ways to delight our customers.
