BAGUS Together is delighted to present our new programme series “Core Team Dynamics” which empowers groundup core teams by fostering teamwork and mastering conflict management. We are excited to feature Tasha Enright, board director at *SCAPE, known for guiding non-profits and mentoring Youth Action Challenge groups, who will lead the two sessions.

The first session “Core Team Building” will delve into team development stages and leadership styles. In the second session “Core Team Culture”, define your team’s culture with culture mapping tools!

Together with TheOneHourProject, we recently concluded the Digital Marketing Changemakers Programme with the third session “Amplify Your Voice”! 🎉

Our heartfelt appreciation to Yan Yi Chee for moderating the panel, and inspiring speakers Shefali Srinivas, Woo Ying Jia, Jamie Lim and Sulin Lau, who graciously shared their expertise. Also, thank you to all our skills-based volunteers (digital superheroes) and groundups for spending your evening with us. 💖

“The Achievers is a groundup initiative that serves long stay residents in the Buangkok Green Medical Park through befriending. Over the last five years, we’ve created more than 70 volunteering opportunities on giving.sg to recruit volunteers for PHAngel, which involves snack distribution during public holidays, and befrienders to bring residents for outings.

The platform is easy to navigate and use. Creating a volunteer opportunity takes less than 5 minutes, and we can answer queries on the go as our contact information is made available to interested volunteers. To date, we have successfully recruited over 500 volunteers, many of whom came back to volunteer with us.”
