Did you know that approximately 1 in 10 households in Singapore lack sufficient access to food?
Thirdspace and Change Our World are collaborating to collect food donations for lower income individuals and families, which would be distributed through Food from the Heart.
We aim to collect 250 food items, which will be packed into 25 food packs! Join us to help someone meet the rising cost of living.
📅 Saturday, 27 July 2024
⏰ 2pm – 4pm
📍 Bishan Active Park (near Basketball Court)
Food donations play a vital role in addressing food insecurity in Singapore. They provide a consistent source of food for those who are struggling to put food on the table. Not only will it help fight chronic diseases and mental health problems caused by malnutrition, it also tackles social isolation and marginalisation.
How YOU can help:
1. Donate — refer to the list of items on our Wish List
2. Volunteer — we need volunteers to help collect, sort & pack all donated items

Last Saturday, over 80 participants from 60 groundups came together for the first Groundup Exchange, co-organised by BAGUS Together and The Majurity Trust. It was truly an insightful afternoon of exchanging assets and fuelling potential collaborations.
The programme kicked off with SG Strong Fellowship groundup leaders, who shared their experiences on the theme of 👥 People, 💡Possibilities and 🤝 Partnerships. We also discovered that each individual and groundup already possessed existing assets that could complement one another’s needs!
Key insights:
💎 Every groundup has different assets to offer, such as experiences, knowledge, skills, manpower, networks & resources
🛠 Collaborative opportunities and assets in the larger groundup ecosystem are aplenty and can address groundups’ needs
💪 Networking events forge initial connections, but successful and sustainable collaboration takes time, alignment and intentionality
We hope you've enjoyed Groundup Exchange 2024 🥰 Look out for more coming your way!
