[CALL FOR COLLABORATION]

YouthHarmony is a groundup initiative that strives to create a vibrant music scene in Singapore, starting from youths. They want to connect youth musicians to the industry and provide a platform for them to gain opportunities for performance, learning, and growth.

The team is looking to collaborate with partners to bring music to more people in the community, in particular the disadvantaged and vulnerable. This could come in the form of performances, workshops, lessons, or in other forms suitable for the community they are working with.

Map the Journey: Create a better community experience

🗓 30 June 2022 (Thurs)
7:00 - 9:00PM (SGT)

• "How can I better facilitate onboarding and exit processes for my community?"

• "I wonder what the best practices others have implemented into their community journey..."

How’s your community doing? Are members working towards the community’s goals?

A community’s journey extends beyond the duration of an individual’s experience. When we serve our members through shaping meaningful experiences for them, we can empower them to achieve their goals and our community’s aspirations as well.

Come join NVPC’s Community Matters team and guest speakers as we reflect on our community experiences through the Community Journey Journal, a tool that helps us to map and evaluate member experience for our community!

Leadership Conversations 2022 x Groundup ConneXion:
From Trust to Performance

🗓 13 July 2022 (Wed)
5:00 - 8:30PM (SGT)
📍In-Person, Hosted at NVPC

When we take a step back and look at the communities we work in and with (e.g. fellow Board Members, Organisation Leaders, Partners, Team Members and Volunteers), do we have “Emotional Trust” (i.e. the confidence level) that we

• Are focused on achieving collective results, rather than personal achievements only
• Are committed to navigating the unknowns together
• Will look out for each other’s back when we face uncertainties and risks, and
• Will help each other be accountable for collective organisation outcomes

In this session hosted by Centre for Non-Profit Leadership and Groundup Central, hear from and be inspired by our panel speakers as they share about having the awareness and desire to establish high performance teams; and how to focus on a culture built on “Emotional Trust”.
