The mass rollout of weight loss on the NHS in England will begin today as GPs are allowed to prescribe the drugs for the first time at the cost of the taxpayer.
Around 220,000 people with "greatest need" are expected to receive Mounjaro, also known as tirzepatide and made by Lilly through the NHS over the next three years.
The NHS continues to try push these jabs on folk who are desperate to lose weight, and at the same time make money for big Pharma who are part of the depopulation agenda….but doctors never promote a healthy lifestyle, like exercise, healthy eating, a good nutritional diet, fasting, health goals etc….why’s that? Because being healthy destroys the cabal health system. They want people sick for a reason. You’re a money pit to them, a big pharmaceutical piggy bank.
What they don't tell you about these weight loss jabs….the obvious one is DEATH, up to 1 in 10 chance of retinopathy and eye problems, approximately 1 in 100 chance of acute pancreatitis, unknown risk of thyroid cancer, a virtual guarantee of weight regain – and possibly more – unless weekly stomach injections are continued for life. And this is some of the side effects from these Jabs, but they don’t tell you what the side effects are, same with the Covid vaccine. It’s history repeating.
Have people not learned anything from Convid and the biological weapons that were pushed to kill off people in the masses, we are still seeing the aftermath today. Seems many have forgotten.

So… Is There Actually a Ceasefire?
Trump says a “complete and total ceasefire” between Israel and Iran has been agreed. According to him, it’s a 24-hour phased deal: Iran stops first, Israel follows.
He’s calling it the end of the “12 Day War.”
But neither Iran nor Israel has confirmed anything. And just hours after Trump made the announcement, new strikes reportedly hit sites inside Tehran.
So is this real peace? Or just a pause?
It looks more like a managed de-escalation — Iran got to throw a few missiles in a symbolic strike, no U.S. casualties, everyone saves face, and now Trump steps in to claim a win.
Honestly, it feels like Trump is trying to freeze the moment before things spiral and it might work. But only if Israel doesn’t push for more, and Iran doesn’t take the bait again.
Right now, this “ceasefire” is mostly being held up by political will — not signed paper.
