BRING OUT THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF
The only thing that prevents you from truly knowing yourself is holding onto self-limiting beliefs that hide your authentic self (infinite potential). You must consciously seek out these false beliefs, identify and neutralize them (by breaking the association/connection) or they will take control of your reality.
You may have bought into false beliefs (mind viruses) that have taken you away from the deepest truth of who you are. This does not mean that you are in anyway jaded, not good enough, limited or powerless to change your current circumstance. Do not fall into the trap of re-enacting old, painful memories and self-sabotaging patterns of behaviors. That is an unnecessary prison sentence to live out. Your belief-systems (interpretations) determine the reality you are perceive and experience.
We must break through self-limiting thinking patterns and bring out the greatest version of ourselves.
