La comunicazione istituzionale non è politica. Non lo è mai.

Il presidente Trump continua a usare i canali social istituzionali come fossero megafoni delle sue scelte politiche.
Ma quegli strumenti – e dovremmo ricordarlo tutti – sono per natura neutri, perché parlano a nome dell’istituzione, non del leader che la guida.

Non servono a "memare" il presidente, a celebrarlo come Superman, a costruire narrazioni propagandistiche.

Questa non è comunicazione pubblica.
È propaganda politica travestita da voce ufficiale.

La comunicazione istituzionale ha un solo compito: raccontare provvedimenti, misure, servizi, iniziative rivolte alla collettività, emergenze e comunicazioni ufficiali.
Ma mai – mai – mettersi al servizio di una parte politica.

Agendo così, si mina la fiducia dei cittadini nelle istituzioni.
E si svuota quel senso istituzionale che dovrebbe essere alla base di ogni stile comunicativo pubblico: chiaro, accessibile, imparziale.

👉 Se qualcuno crede che questo stile sia un esempio da seguire, sappia che serve solo a "far parlare di sé", ma mette a rischio la reputazione delle istituzioni stesse.
