FOR GALAXY WATCH 4 USERS
Latest firmware update (600mb) is bringing some serious bugs. Some SHORT_TEXT complications are not working as expected, there are huge problems with Always on Display not refreshing & probably some other errors.
It's impossible to downgrade without all data loss. Samsung is well known that they are working on updates for weeks if not months. I'm currently recommending to not install latest firmware update.

I just wanted to draw attention to the app, which is completely free and provides a heart rate widget / complication, similar to our phone battery complication app. It works without problems and also has a mobile phone app.
amoledwatchfaces mainly use "custom complications" so this app can be very useful 🙂 Samsung currently does not provide heart rate complication.
Edit: Now I see mobile version offers IAP but it is not necessary to install it at all.
