IMO, the best decision is to wait right now. If the price pumps, then goes higher > retraces and PA looks bullish then it's good time to enter. But the worst time to enter is in advance/in the time of pump/immediately after the pump.

I recommend not to be greedy. There is a chance BTC is printing IH&S. In that case, since we can't predict the future, the pro move will be booking 50% of MATIC short at the cross and keep the rest in case BTC will keep dropping. But if BTC will approve IH&S pattern then you will close another 50% of MATIC short a in a profit and re-evaluate things.
