የአፍሪካ አመራር ልህቀት አካዳሚ አመራሮች እና ባለሙያዎች በመንግሥት የ10 ወራት እቅድ አፈፃፀም እና በ2017 የትኩረት አቅጣጫዎች ላይ ውይይት ያደረጉ ሲሆን ውይይቱን የመሩት የአካዳሚው የኦፕሬሽን ዘርፍ ምክትል ርዕሰ አካዳሚ ወንድዬ ለገሰ (ዶ/ር) ሰፊ ገለፃ አድርገዋል::
ምክትል ርዕሰ አካዳሚው ስለ አለምአቀፋዊ የኢኮኖሚ አዝማሚያ እና ሀገራዊ አፈፃፀም ላይ ሰፊ ማብራሪያ ያቀረቡ ሲሆን በኢትዮጵያ ዋና ዋና የኢኮኖሚ ዕድገት ምንጮች አፈፃፀም ላይም መንግሥት ያከናወናቸውን አበይት ተግባራትን አብራርተዋል::
ምክትል ርዕሰ አካዳሚ ወንድዬ ለገሰ (ዶ/ር) አያይዘውም የመሰረተ ልማት እና የፕሮጀክት አፈፃፀምን በተመለከተ በ10 ወራት ውስጥ መንግሥት የሰራቸውን ስራዎች ጠቅሰው መሰረተ ልማትን ለማስፋፋት መንግሥት በስፋት እየሰራ እንደሆነና ፕሮጀክቶችም በተያዘላቸው በጀት እና ጊዜ እየተጠናቀቁ በመሆናቸው የመንግስትን አቅዶ የመፈፀም አቅም በጉልህ የሚያሳዩ እንደሆኑ ተናግረዋል::
የማህበራዊ እና የአስተዳደር ዘርፎች አፈፃፀም ላይም መንግሥት ውጤታማ ስራዎችን እንደሰራ የገለፁት ምክትል ርዕሰ አካዳሚው የኑሮ ውድነትን ለመቅረፍም ሰፋፊ ስራዎች እየተሰሩ እንደሆኑ ገልጸዋል::
በውይይቱ ላይ የ2017 ዓ.ም የመንግስት ዋና ዋና አቅጣጫዎች በምክትል ርዕሰ አካዳሚ ወንድዬ ለገሰ (ዶ/ር) የተገለፁ ሲሆን የአካዳሚው አመራሮችና ባለሙያዎች ላነሷቸው ጥያቄዎችና አስተያየቶች ምላሽ እና ማብራሪያ ተሰጥቶባቸዋል::

He also highlighted AFLEX ‘s collaboration with local and foreign stakeholders and expressed the desire to work in cooperation with the UK to achieve their plans.
He emphasized the academy’s mission of bridging the gap between academic rigor and practical worldliness, to unlock the best potential in Ethiopia and Africa.
Mr. Zadig also highlighted the importance of leveraging Ethiopia’s strategic position within the African continent, expressing aspirations for AFLEX to become a community-based organization.
Furthermore, Mr. Zadig Abreha shared information about AFLEX’s initiatives, including the African Davos project in Sululta.
This project envisions Ethiopia as the African capital, reimagining the Davos model for fostering dialogue, dreams, and development on the African continent.
