If you feel like you have enough knowledge and experience to be forwarded on less experienced members or if you feel like you simply want to add to your AEGEE membership another level - then apply and become a trainer!
This time we are not only offering to 8 motivated AEGEEans to become trainers, we are also offering another 8 motivated trainers to deepen their knowledge especially on experience-based-learning and group dynamics in training!
On this 5 days long and very professional training course provided by real experts in the field (cooperation with AIESEC and Neuland) you will learn about training designs and methods, you will be able to reflect on yourself as a trainer and you will experience trainings from another perspective!
