My neighbor is a retired police officer, and has not been working since i can remember. However, somehow, he is very wealthy. He has various black cars with tinted windows and the license plates on them are also quite hard to get, each costing at least over a thousand dollars. I guess he pulls some strings to have them for free. Every time I enter his house, I get the mafia vibes.
