Hey Flufftails!
It is so cold and wet out here, and I've been dragged out of hibernation cause there is work to be done!
The team and I have already discussed our timetable to keep things organised in the following months, how to keep you all entertained during your time with us, and RAIDING YOUR WALLETS. I mean, er, deciding how best to spend your gold!
So be on the look out the next few months for more information, including Wild North 2020 Registration announcements!

Hello everyone. I'm here for the rest of the evening, to help with reg. I'm planning to put an FAQ page on the website, which should hopefully cover most questions. However I expect there may be more questions during the evening, so feel free to drop them in this chat.
Heya Flufftails!
Registration is open and there’s work to do! So I would like YOU to help us!
We need art! For the conbook, for the T-Shirts, maybe even the website.
We are also open for any poems or short stories to be part of the con book!
If anyone wants to submit any work that can be used for the convention and its theme (‘An Epic Tail of Britain’), then just email it in (wildnorthuk@gmail.com), or message @TydeRatmeat!
As a rough guide, we'll need T shirt designs by the end of June, everything else by the start of August.
I am excited to see what you fluffs come up with this year!
Be in touch soon!

Good Evening Everyone!
Just a quick announcement for you all in regards to recent news from the government, and about the Corona Virus in general.
As it stands we are still going ahead with Wild North! We see no reason to cancel the con as it is still 6 months away, and a lot can happen in that time.
We will of course keep you all informed if there are any updates and changes we make.
For now though, you can all look forward to happy fuzzy time!
Look forward to seeing you all in the near future
If you do have any questions, please feel free to email us at: wildnorthuk@gmail.com

Morning Flufftails!
We would like to let you all know that on the Saturday of Wild North, we will be running an evening of sharing poorly written tales of yore!
There will even be a competition for the best/worst tale, so if you have an amusing story to tell, we would love to hear it. Please submit your written entries to us attached in an email (wildnorthuk@gmail.com) with "Story Competition" in the subject header, and include your name so we know who wrote it. We expect tales to be no longer than 1500 words, and last submissions will be accepted on Friday 11th September.
We are also looking for artwork, stories and poems to be featured in our conbook, so do send us your best for that as well! We cannot wait to see what you'll have to show!

Morning Flufftails!
We hope you all are making it through the beginning of summer successfully!
Just an update about all of you attending the castle, the total registrations so far means we are currently at 3/4th capacity, of which around half have paid.
If you are still interested in attending, be sure to register and pay before the end of the 29th August.
If unfortunately you can no longer attend, please be sure to let us know so we can evaluate how much space we have accordingly.
For those who wish to attend in a large group, we encourage you to select one of the dorm rooms so smaller rooms will be available for solos and couples.
We also have a few extra rooms in the Annexe building, suituated behind the kitchen. The Annexe building has its own washroom facilities.
Be sure you select your room on the RegSys once your payment has been confirmed.
Have a good day!

Hello friends,
It is with great sorrow we must announce that Wild North has been postponed until 2021. The new event dates are Friday 24 to Monday 27 September 2021.
We put this decision off for as long as we felt was reasonable, in the hopes that something would change for the better, but at this point we feel it better to give everyone certainty.
We understand that this will come as a blow to many of you. However our number one priority at the moment must be the health and safety of our attendees, and in the current circumstances we can see no way of keeping everyone safe were we to go ahead with the event. This decision was made with the full agreement of our venue.
