Сьогодні від самого ранку в Донецькій області, у розташуваннях наших бойових бригад. Мав честь нагородити найкращих, подякувати всім – кожній бригаді – за хоробрість, відвагу, результати заради України. Разом із генералом Богомоловим, командувачем ОТУ «Соледар», поспілкувалися з командирами бригад та батальйонів – тими, хто в боях, – про їхні фронтові потреби.

Завжди є загальна картина, є звіти по кожному напрямку, по кожній бригаді. Але важливо говорити з воїнами напряму, безпосередньо – про досвід війни тих, хто на позиціях. Сьогодні це були детальні, відверті розмови про наші наступальні дії, про постачання у війська, про можливості командирів, про те, якими є зараз ці можливості та якими вони мають бути.

Зброя та дефіцитні снаряди. Ремонт техніки. Гостре питання – транспорт для евакуації поранених та час евакуації. Безпілотники – те, що застосовує ворог: «ланцети», «орлани», – і те, що потрібно нашим воїнам, від «мавіків» до кожної іншої системи безпілотників.

Важлива тема – це те, як командири можуть управляти особовим складом: мотивація воїнів, тренування бійців, комплектація підрозділів. Дуже багато проблем через неякісну роботу ВЛК. Будемо готувати рішення.

Since early morning today, I have been in Donetsk region, in the positions of our combat brigades. I had the honor to award the best, to thank everyone - each brigade - for their bravery, courage, and results for the sake of Ukraine. Together with General Bohomolov, commander of the Soledar operational and tactical group, we talked to the brigade and battalion commanders - those who are in combat - about their frontline needs.

There is always an overall picture, there are reports on each direction, on each brigade. But it is important to talk directly to the warriors about the war experience of those who are on the ground. Today we had detailed, frank conversations. We talked about our offensive, about supplies to the troops, about the capabilities of commanders, about what these capabilities are now and what they should be.

Weapons and scarce ammunition. Repair of equipment. A pressing issue is transportation to evacuate the wounded and the time of evacuation. Drones used by the enemy: Lancets, Orlans. Drones needed by our warriors: from Mavics to every other drone system.

An important topic is how commanders can manage their personnel. Motivation of warriors, training of warriors, manning of units. There are a lot of problems due to the poor performance of the military medical commissions... We will develop solutions.

Сьогодні продовжили роботу та зустрічі з нашими захисниками на Мелітопольському напрямку.

Відвідав 3-тю бригаду оперативного призначення імені полковника Петра Болбочана. Бригада брала участь у бойових завданнях на території Донецької та Луганської областей, в оборонних боях за Харків, у звільненні сіл і селищ поблизу Харкова. Зараз воїни бригади ведуть наступальні дії на Запорізькому напрямку. Із командиром бригади обговорили найбільш проблемні питання.

Дякую, воїни, за службу! Дякую за те, що даєте відсіч ворогу та звільняєте нашу землю!

Today we continued our work and meetings with our defenders in the Melitopol direction.

I paid a visit to the 3rd operational brigade named after Colonel Petro Bolbochan. The brigade took part in combat missions in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, in defensive battles for Kharkiv, in the liberation of villages and towns near Kharkiv, and is currently conducting offensive operations in the Zaporizhzhia direction. We discussed the most problematic issues with the brigade commander.
