We are thankful for the World Bank's quick response to the blasting of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant by the Russian invaders and cooperation with Ukraine in assessing the damage caused by this tragedy.
During the conversation, I invited the World Bank to reopen its representative office in Ukraine. We are interested in cooperation during the post-war transformation of Ukraine, in particular, in overcoming corruption and reducing the share of cash in the Ukrainian economy.

Окремо і детально розглянули підготовку та забезпечення технікою нових бригад Національної гвардії та наших прикордонників – тих, які чекають свого часу для бойових дій.
На частині напрямків наші воїни рухаються вперед, на частині напрямків – захищають позиції та протистоять штурмам і посиленим атакам окупантів. У нас – немає втрачених позицій. Тільки звільнені. Сьогодні в Херсоні внаслідок обстрілу окупантів постраждали рятувальники… Вони займалися ліквідацією наслідків російського теракту на Каховській ГЕС і були обстріляні російською ж артилерією. Вісім співробітників ДСНС були поранені, один, на жаль, загинув… Мої співчуття рідним та близьким! Українські воїни обовʼязково дадуть відповідь терористам на всю цю підлість.
Кожен такий російський удар, кожен російський теракт – це щоразу аргумент, що немає й не буде в окупантів ніяких шансів залишитись десь на українській землі. Вбивцям і терористам тут місця немає і ніколи не буде.
Зараз наші воїни на Півдні, на Сході дуже активно знищують ворога, фізично очищуючи Україну. Так буде й надалі.

Today in Kherson, rescuers were injured as a result of the occupiers' shelling... They were relieving the consequences of the Russian act of terrorism at the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant and were shelled by Russian artillery. Eight SES workers were injured, one, unfortunately, was killed... My condolences to their families and friends! Ukrainian warriors will definitely give the terrorists a response to all this meanness.
Every such Russian strike, every Russian terrorist attack is an argument that the occupiers have no chance of staying anywhere on Ukrainian soil. There is no place here for murderers and terrorists and there will never be.
Now our warriors in the south and in the east are very actively destroying the enemy, physically clearing Ukraine. This will continue in the future.
