Session 1 β’ Malaysia Property Outlook 2025: Signals Amid Shifting Cycles
Presented by Ng Jo Yee, Research Analyst, UOB Kay Hian
Malaysian property gains from policies (JS-SEZ, wage hikes, loans), boosting transactions, affordability, and industrial demand. Our 2025 sector outlook provides a thematic breakdown of these structural drivers and highlights developers best positioned to
capitalise on the evolving macro landscape.
Session 2 β’ Navigating the Pandora's Box of Tariffs: A Strategic Redefinition
Presented by Desmond Chong, Head of Research, UOB Kay Hian
