I truly feel we really need to start doing more with regards to getting away from the cashless system, because whats coming when it's fully implemented is an utter nightmare..
The cold hard facts here are that the high street banks are starting to fold and are making it harder and harder for you to get your own money out of them in cash.
A cashless economy is just around the corner with countries all over the world implementing plans to get people into digital currency and centralised digital banks popping up worldwide.
Once this is in place there is no turning back and as already stated this will mean that your money, the money you work hard for, will be programmed for you to spend where deemed suitable.
This is no joke, and is just another move in the HUGE game of chess whereby we have our lives dictated to us even more..
So, what can we do?
If you've ever quit something that has a hold over you, or had to push yourself into a different mindset in your life for the better, you are more than capable of making a start... TOMORROW.
We need to start small and start bartering and trading with our friends, families and neighbours! Change our way of viewing what we need to and don't need to do..
Try swapping one item tomorrow. Just one small thing with someone else..
It doesn't have to be anything special, it can be a pen, a spoon, a piece of food,,,, ANYTHING!
See how good you feel swapping something you don't necessarily need or maybe don't want for something you do, then come back here and post your comments...

Thursday 12th, 7-30pm to 9pm.
It will be a live stream ZOOM.
Our first workshop will be held by the amazing Altair De Almeida, who has been working as an Acupuncturist, Thai Chi and Qigong teacher for 33 years. Altair will introduce and explain why the Energetic ( unseen) aspect that is part of our daily lives, is so vital to understand.
He will teach simple, effective, powerful Qigong exercises that he has honed over the years.
Followed by our full of life and great energy, Nicole Kellidis - Love coach
When life gives you lemons, make lemonade! Nicole will explain the connections with Relationships and how they are one of the most important ingredients in our life and what it means to have healthy fulfilling connected and intimate relationships.
Both sessions will give you an insight as well as helping tools on how the body and mind is connected. How it can be supported when the wires might get tangled or fuel runs low.

Participants can either choose to partake in the practical sessions or sit back, relax and observe.
Make sure to wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Water bottles at the ready if one is feeling thirsty.

• 8 to 10 litre cast iron or stainless-steel pan or Dutch oven pan with lid (bringing 2 would be even better!)
• Frying pan (if you wish to bring along with you eggs or meat to cook on the fire)
• Cooking utensils – wooden spatula, ladle/serving spoon, tongs/turner if you wish to cook meat
• Potato Masher (we will be cooking soup so if you prefer it more blended please bring a masher!)
• Chopping board & medium to large bowl to collect ingredients
