Gooooood Afternoon Team

I have been completely flat for over a week after some intense inner work however I am now back in my full strength and power 👊🏼

Now I don't mean to cause offence by this post or stand on anyones toes but I've just had a little idea for all those involved in the Stand In The Park events that happen every weekend.

This week at your local SITP why not connect with people on a growing level. Speak to your brothers and sisters, find out who has a garden space or has land that could be turned over then used for planting crops.

We are all able to create an abundance of food if we really put our minds to it, and with the inflation rises across the board it is going to become harder and harder to survive in that world..

My advice to you all is to do the work now while the weather is bad, turn the land, plant the seeds to grow, so you and your family can eat well this year when the sun is shining ☀️
Once you get stuck in to this way of life there will be no turning back.

There is no better taste than something you have grown with your own hands for free! FACT
