In my spare time (🤣🤣🤣) I help out those suffering from anxiety, depression and a whole host of other conditions..

I have been teaching people how to teach themselves out of these conditions for the past four nearly five years now with a 100% success rate 🙌🏽

I refer to them as conditions as they arise and continue to affect people through a conditioning of the mind..

I do not believe in counselling or anyone charging to help you, nor do I charge anything for helping people retrain their mindsets.

The reason I do this is quite simply because I have been there. I suffered from anxiety and depression for many many years, not wanting to be alive, feeling worthless, feeling like everyone around me deserves better. Than me...

I will therefore be running this Wednesday's livestream teaching others to teach themselves.
