🇸🇱 Freetown International Airport is a small international airport in Sierra Leone that currently receives same amount of passengers per year as 🇳🇱 Amsterdam airport in a day, or 🇪🇹 Addis airport in 2 weeks.

🔆 Official press-release says that the airport will be solar-only, and I would respectfully doubt that one can economically supply full-scale operations of high-class international airport during the night time with battery stored electricity On the other hand, for a small airport with very limited night-time operations it is certainly possible.
