As we stroll through a forest barefoot, we receive much more than just the healing grounding effect from the Earth.
The Earth's energy flows up through our feet and root Chakras. Rises up through our bodies. Exits out of our crown Chakras located at the top of our heads.
Think of Yellowstone National Park's "Old Faithful" geyser. Energy shoots out the top of our heads and rains down onto the Earth to repeat the cycle.
Trees are also powerfully circulating their Energy with the Earth. Tall pine trees, in particular.
As we approach a tree, our electromagnetic fields meet and interact with one another.
