Spirituality and Aging - An insightful approach.

As people age, their lives change dramatically. Children grow up and move away, loved ones pass on, and the body undergoes changes. This can lead to feelings of loneliness and depression.

If we realize our purpose of life is to grow spiritually, and connect with the Divine, by performing spiritual practice one gets strength and positivity to face life's situations. A person can do nothing about old age and incurable diseases, however spirituality can give one a philosophical attitude towards old age, and develop more calmness from within.
