Role: Graduate Associate Programme - Operations
Graduate Associate – Operations (Singapore) is a 24-month programme where individuals can specialise in the Operations business and develop expertise in operation transformation that will prepare them to become an effective change agent .
You will undergo rigorous training to build Operations in banking and finance, project management and personal development skills to become an effective people’s manager to further your potential to assume leadership roles. Specifically designed job rotations will give you a deeper understanding and hands-on experience into the different functions within the Operations businesses. We will also provide you with mentorship and networking opportunities with Senior Management that will broaden your horizons and sharpen your innovative edge.
