Diet plays a big role in fitness and the Keto diet is a great option for those wanting to shed some excess weight without going hungry. It's a more natural diet, similar in many ways to what men ate a few decades ago before processed foods and other poisons became the norm. For those of us looking to get lean but still have energy for the gym, keto is a great option.

Hill Sprints

A lot of guys ignore cardio in order to get the gains. But cardio is just as important as lifting. As nationalists, we all need to have a decent engine powering ourselves through the struggle.

For those of you not overly keen on running long distances, heres a quick run through (pun intented) of the benefits of hill sprints and a quick routine to get people started if they've never attempted this before.

You can laugh at the website at the top of the routine but the smile will be gone by the time you get to the third set of hill sprints.

PA Activists from all over met up in the Peaks for a November scramble.

Despite the drizzly overcast weather and slippery rock we persevered through the excellent grade 3 scrambles known as Elbow and Matterhorn ridges.
In short order we were rewarded for our efforts with a bright dash of sunshine to light the rest of the way.

In PA we start the year as we mean to go on.
Setting off in the darkness of a chilly January morning, our intrepid group of scramblers delved their way into the deep valleys of Snowdonia.
Our goal: Atlantic Ridge - one of the longest scrambles in the region, boasting 1000ft of continuous climbing to the summit of Carnedd y Filiast.

Undeterred by a short shower of snow at the foot of the climb, with cold biting at our fingers, we braved the steep slippery rock; completing the climb in around an hour.
We were rewarded with an atmospheric vista of swirling mists which opened up into spectacular views of the Carneddau and the Ogwen valley.
A long and character-building descent meant the evening feast was well deserved!

PA community groups such as Mountaineering & Climbing are a great way for vetted activists to socialise and push themselves when taking a well earned break from activism.
