Chest and Tris for me and my mate today. I did:

5x5 IDBP @27.5kg
5x12 Rope Pushdowns @20kg
5x10 Pec Flye @36kg
4x10 CGBP @30kg
3x15 Preacher Curls @+15kg

Tried to do weighted pushups with a 10kg plate but it just weren't gonna happen, managed 7 reps and buckled so not enough to count really πŸ˜‚

Squats 1x5 40kg
Squats 1x5 50kg (video above)
RDL 1x5 70kg
RDL 1x5 90kg
RDL 1x5 100kg
OHP 1x5 50kg
OHP 1x5 40kg
OHP 1x5 45kg
Leg curls 2x10 45kg
Leg curls 1x10 50kg
Leg extension 2x10 45kg
Leg extension 1x10 50kg
Ab crunch 3x8 25kg
Leg press 1x10 100kg
Leg press 1x10 110kg
Leg press 1x10 120kg

I think the Squats look a lot better now I've lowered the weight.
