In todayβs age of mass online communication, it is common to see many of those who think that itβs enough to criticise and navel-gaze, yet they are content to not do. The time for action and change is now! We here at Patriotic Alternative strive to be people of thought, word and deed.
We seek to revive the ancient spirit that our forebears carried within them, which allowed them to achieve feats of wonder and reach heights previously thought impossible. We do this for our folk and country, naysayers be damned. Our brotherhood welcomes those who wish to be men of action.

Evening lads.
Today was Leg Day.
I did:
2x5 Squats @80kg + 10r 60kg
3x10 Leg Extension @50lbs
5x12 Calf Raise @7.5kg
Didn't have much time in here today as other commitments, but my legs are disproportionately weaker than my upper body. Think I'm gonna rethink my leg day routine and perhaps try to train legs twice a week. Anyway, video attached is 80kg for 5
