Been a good boy this week. Very productive. I've been to the gym everyday. I've been working on my stretching to improve my flexibility and I've been eating very well. Looking forward to Monday when I weigh myself.💪👍 off to the gym now to do some legs 🦵

Afternoon gents

Today was leg day.

I did:


Abdominal crunch 3x10 @30kg
Squats 1x5 @50
Squats 1x5 @60kg
Squats 1x5 @70kg (video attached)
Leg extension 2x8 @40kg
Leg extension 1x8 @45kg
Prone Leg curls 2x8 @40kg
Prone Leg curls 1x8 @45kg
OHP 2x5 @40kg
OHP 1x5 @50kg
Leg press 1x8 @110kg
Leg press 2x8 @120kg

Felt a lot better with my Squats this time. I think they look better but let me know if anything can be improved.

Working set of clean and press, seeing a lot of holes in my technique but it is my first go at training these. Started out 40kg, 45kg and then just there 50kg gonna go for a top set of 60kg
