Evening lads.

Today was Leg Day.

I did:

2x5 Squats @80kg + 10r 60kg
3x10 Leg Extension @50lbs
5x12 Calf Raise @7.5kg

Didn't have much time in here today as other commitments, but my legs are disproportionately weaker than my upper body. Think I'm gonna rethink my leg day routine and perhaps try to train legs twice a week. Anyway, video attached is 80kg for 5

Been a good boy this week. Very productive. I've been to the gym everyday. I've been working on my stretching to improve my flexibility and I've been eating very well. Looking forward to Monday when I weigh myself.💪👍 off to the gym now to do some legs 🦵
