In this installment, a councillor grills the Labour Council as to why they voted to scrap winter fuel payments for pensioners; The Labour Council immediately leap to the tired old rhetoric of blame the Tories, after which, Merseyside Residents Association lambasts them for seemingly voting the way they were told to vote by their head honcho Communists in Westminster.
