Swindon & Wilts Residents Association: Petition To Stop 5G Mast In Ferndale

Swindon & Wiltshire Residents Association were out in force again between 24th and 26th July 2023 to collect signatures on a petition to stop a proposed 5G monopole next to a children's playground in Ferndale.
Despite our past successes in Pinehurst and Toothill, unfortunately on this occasion, Swindon Borough Council chose to ignore the concerns of over 100 residents and parents. The Council granted prior approval to the application.
The residents who live here are now requesting a public meeting with the Council. So we are counting this as a win, because it has brought a community together, and has shown them that the Council do not really work for them; they only care about greed and profit, as they are currently £400 million in debt.
Swindon & Wiltshire Residents Association are now in communication with Swindon Borough Council to request a public meeting on behalf of the Ferndale residents.

This video will hopefully inspire other people around the country to do the same in their local areas. People power works.

In the video, a man in military uniform with a pistol in his hands beats a man, saying “fuck you,” “you’re not a person,” “in the trunk, let’s go, I’ll bury you and no one will find him.”

The second soldier tries to calm him down.

Then he switches to another man with the words “you too, what’s wrong with you.”

This is real chaos, which cannot be covered up with anything. Hazing and humiliation. What was the cause of the conflict is not clear, but it is a fact that an inadequate person with a weapon threatens an unarmed person. And so it is everywhere in Ukraine. There is no law, there is the right of the strong.

Here is a summary of my fraudulent case regarding Council Tax

I received a "Summons" for a hearing at North Somerset Magistrates Court in relation to non-payment of council tax. This was purportedly from the court but was in fact issued by Cheltenham Borough Council since it did not have a court seal, did not have a name and did not have a signature on it. I pointed out to the Council that it is an offence to impersonate the court via the Local Government Act 1888 (S78.2), Perjury Act 1911 (S5), Administration Of Justice Act 1970 (part 5) and the Fraud Act 2006 Sections 2 and 7.

The "summons" tells me that I must not attend the court hearing! I want to dispute the claim against me and am being denied the opportunity to attend in person at court, next Wednesday 20th September 2023. I have been told that I can only attend via telephone however this is denying me the right to a fair and public trial as stipulated by the European Court Of Human Rights Part 6. The court is colluding with the council and telling me I cannot attend. My medical condition and poor internet connectivity means that a telephone or video hearing is inappropriate and it doesn't give other members of the public the right to attend. I have pointed this out to the court and council and advised them they will be breaking the Equality Act 2010 by continuing to pursue a hearing in this manner.

I will be attending next Wednesday 20th September at North Somerset Magistrates Court at 10am to argue my case. I refuse to be pigeoned into a kangaroo court conducted in a private room. If anyone else wants to join then of course you can as it is supposed to be a public hearing.
