Working from home has provided many of us the opportunity to look out our windows at times we would normally be getting dressed for work, or on our evening commute. Tag us in your Instagram stories and posts of beautiful SG skies so we can share it with others for a mid-week respite. :)

#SayYesToWasteLess by bringing our own clean containers and saying no to disposables. Every little action, even if seemingly insignificant, can have an impact on our Earth. Learn more about what climate actions you can take here: www.mewr.gov.sg/climateaction #BringYourOwn

Changing how you see your food is the first step to wasting less. Leftover beef can be the perfect ingredient for a delicious tortilla and leftover cooked vegetables can be turned into a veggie-packed pasta sauce when blended with a can of tomatoes. Where there are wet and dark crevices, NEA’s Dengue Inspection Officer Marthandan will be there. Let him show you how he and his team spot and tackle mosquito breeding in the areas around you!

Dine-in at #OurHawkerCentres resumes from 19 Jun! Whilst you may be excited to meet with your friends, limit the group to 5 people or less and continue to observe #SafeDistancing measures – use unmarked seats/tables, keep 1 metre apart from others, and only remove your masks when eating.

At our markets, continue to stand within the boxes marked on the floor, to maintain a safe distance. Access to the 4 popular markets will continue to be restricted based on the last digit of your identification number. Don’t leave your used tissues or wet wipes behind when dining at #OurHawkerCentres! It is important to dispose of used tissues or wet wipes which can be highly contaminated, to #FightCOVID19, especially as we resume our activities gradually.

From 19 Jun when dining-in resumes, Safe Distancing Ambassadors at hawker centres and coffeeshops will be on hand to remind patrons to be socially responsible and observe personal hygiene. Let’s all do our part to keep ourselves and those around us safe. https://go.gov.sg/nea17jun20-hygieneathcs-toilets

During Phase 2, you may leave your home to smoke, but do so in an area where smoking is not prohibited, and observe #SafeDistancing requirements. To protect yourself and others around you, do put your mask back on as soon as you have finished smoking. From 19 Jun, Designated Smoking Areas along the Orchard Road No Smoking Zone can re-open with safe distancing measures. Smoking corners beyond the Orchard Road No Smoking Zone, can also re-open with the necessary safe distancing measures in place. www.nea.gov.sg/post-circuit-breaker-measures
We are all looking forward to dining in again at our favourite places. Let’s not forget good dining habits at #OurHawkerCentres to mitigate the spread of COVID-19! #BinOurTissues & #ReturnOurTrays, to keep the table clean for the next user and reduce the risk of disease transmission to cleaners and other members of the public. Eat from your tray, and don’t leave behind soiled tissues or wet wipes on dining tables. #FightCOVID19 #SGClean

The number of weekly dengue cases has exceeded 1,000 – this is the highest weekly number ever recorded in Singapore’s history. NEA continues our intensive dengue control efforts with partners and stakeholders, but mosquito breeding in homes is still prevalent. Collective community effort is urgently required, and all of us need to do our part to break dengue transmission by doing the #MozzieWipeout. More on how to fight dengue here: www.nea.gov.sg/stop-dengue

Only sit on seats without markings when dining in at #OurHawkerCentres to maintain #SafeDistancing. If the seating capacity is limited, #BringYourOwn clean containers and choose to take-out instead. Let’s unite to #FightCOVID19 together! 💪 #SGUnited
Let’s remember to stay at least a metre apart from each other. We wouldn’t want all the effort and resources of the past few months to go to waste. Dining in at #OurHawkerCentres? Let’s not forget to #ReturnOurTrays and #BinOurTissues after enjoying the meal! #SGUnited #SafeDistancing #FightCOVID19

#LoveYourFoodSG Fried rice isn’t the only solution to using up leftover rice -- turn it into a delicious dessert! All you need is some coconut milk, a dash of cinnamon, and honey or maple syrup! Recipe here: https://bit.ly/36Wn8HK
While we’re in the midst of battling COVID-19, remember not to share food with others! If you are having meals with others, practise good hygiene habits such as using a serving spoon and avoiding double dipping. #SGUnited #FightCOVID19
