PRAYER FOCUS and PRAYER POINTS

1. Praise Warriors: Psalm 105:1-3

Give thanks for their dedication to worship and intercession in praise. Pray for continued passion and strength, revelation and fresh anointing as they continue to seek God's face to help usher worshippers deeper in worship

2. Musicians: Psalm 98:4-6

Pray for creativity and anointing as they lead worship through the instruments. Ask God to use their talents to draw people closer to Him and to soften hearts for the Gospel message; as well as to keep them from straying away from a God-First mindset and approach to service

3. Lighthouse United Voices: Psalm 133:1-3

Pray for unity and harmony among the group, that they would be a shining example of what it means to be the body of Christ lifting up united voices

4. Little Beacons of Light: Proverbs 2:6

Pray for the spiritual growth of the children in this ministry. Ask God to protect them from negative influences and to fill them with His wisdom and understanding and appetite to use their talents to glorify God.

5. AVM: 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Pray for wisdom and guidance for the sound/audio, visual, media and production crew as they serve the congregation through technology and contributing to the worship experience. Ask God to use them to encourage and uplift the members, congregants and viewers with the gospel live and in-person; ask God to renew their strength and provide additional skilled help in the department.

6. Protocol Team: Colossians 3:23-24

Pray for efficiency and excellence as they serve in various roles. Ask God to empower them with grace and humility, boldness, vigilance and discernment with commitment and consistency as they serve during every gathering

7. Silver Celebrants: Proverbs 20:29

Pray for good health and vitality for the senior members of the congregation. Ask God to give them opportunities to share their wisdom and experience with others

8. Titus Men of Light: Proverbs 27:17

Pray for the men to be strong leaders in their families, at work, and in the community. Ask God to empower them to walk in integrity and righteousness

9. Virtuous Ladies of Light: Proverbs 31:30

Pray for the women to be examples of godly character and grace. Ask God to give them wisdom and discernment in their decisions and relationships

10. Gatekeepers - Prayer Team: Ephesians 6:18

Pray for their diligence in keeping watch and interceding for the leadership of the church and the congregation. Ask God to give them insight and discernment as they pray

11. Life Hour: Psalm 78:4-6

Pray for anointing and enlightenment during Learning Is For Everyone hour at LHMI. Ask God to use this time to help our educators to teach, enlighten, share and pass on knowledge of the Word of God to children, teens, youths and adults that will bring about transformations in their minds and hearts

12. Kids & Teens Fellowship: Psalm 110:3

Pray for each student to encounter God in a real way and to hunger for a deeper relationship with Him. Ask God to raise up young leaders who will impact their generation for Christ and not succumb to the pressures of the cultures of the world

13. Shining Lights Youth Ministry: Matthew 5:14-16

Pray for the youth to be bold in their faith and to live a life that reflects Jesus; pray that they will not fall into temptations or succumb to peer pressure or be turned away by strange doctrines. Ask God to give them courage to share their faith with their peers, to hold firm to their faith and to shine or Jesus wherever they go

14. Admin Staffing and Volunteers: Ephesians 4:11-12

Pray for the right people to be called to serve in various roles with the needed skill sets, professional training / expertise, willingness to serve as unto God, and humbleness of spirit and integrity. Ask God to give them a heart for service, commitment to excellence and a passion for the mission and vision of the ministry

Pray for wisdom and direction as they care for the congregation. Ask God to use them to provide a warm and welcoming environment for all members, visitors and guests of the church

16. Keepers of His Sanctuary: Proverbs 22:29

Pray for diligence and dedication as they serve in their roles. Ask God to empower them to maintain a spirit of excellence in upkeep the house of The Lord

17. Hospitality: 1 Peter 4:9

Pray for graciousness and warmth as they serve guests. Ask God to use them to create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for all

18. LHMI Charity arm - CDCHOHE BOLD Pantry: Proverbs 19:17

Pray for provision and resources to meet the needs of those in the community, as well as the financial expenditures for the charity to continue to function effectively. Ask God to use this arm of the ministry to share the love of Christ in tangible ways

19. The Branches and Outreach Missions: Revelations 3:7-8, Psalm 32:8

Pray that they work together with one common mission, vision and goal in mind together with the headquarters for the glory of God. Ask God to open the eyes of the understandings of the leaders and guide them along the best paths for each branch, outreach and mission to experience The OPEN DOORS God has set before us as one church in different locations

20. Partners and Friends of LHMI and The Body of Christ: Matthew 28:16-20

Pray that these relationships continue to thrive, and show mutual support of each other to fulfill the great commission of evangelism and Kingdom building. Ask God to preserve and strengthen the bonds of united service as well as provide for every need

21. Thursday Nights Prayer Time with Overseer:  Acts 4:31

Pray for anointing and power to continue to flow through our Pastor and the various clergy or prayer team members who join him to lift up prayer requests for people across the world. Ask God to use this time to bring healing, breakthrough, and revival
