Here's a gentle reminder:
It is acceptable to experience emotional distress as a man.
There really is no shame in facing difficulties; and seeking assistance is not a sign of weakness. Silence isn't always a sign of strength, it can be detrimental.
Your well-being is valued.
You are important.
You matter.
