Vietnam's currency change means a reset

Vietnam didn't become an emerging market by chance.

They put the Dong in the air. Made trade terms equal with the U.S. They were prepared to endure temporary hardships for the sake of long-term dominance.

🔹 50% copper tariffs went into effect on August 1
🔹USD is down 10% so far this year.
🔹 VND and IQD are now open to shocks from around the world.

We're entering the "managed float" era, when countries act like they're playing fair but really protect their currency pegs.

But taxes change everything. They can cause inflation, make the dollar weaker, and move money into digital currencies or gold.

There won't be an announcement about the reset; it will be priced in.
